Insurance:

I can provide a receipt for your insurance reimbursement. Please check with your healthcare provider for their pre-approval process. 

Auto or Workers' Compensation Cases: I will provide you with a paid receipt for you to submit. Typically you need a Dr. script and insurance claim representative's approval.

Unions and other Health Care Plans that cover massage therapy: I will provide you with a paid receipt for you to submit. Typically you need a Dr. script and health plan representative's approval but each year their program's requirements are updated. (UPS, Fedex, Coca Cola, O&G, etc)

Your customized session is an integrated massage, combining techniques for rehabilitative results as well as relaxation. I include heat application and tools like hot stones, cupping, aromatherapy, at no extra charge. The pressure is adjusted for your preference. I use deep tissue techniques such as Ashiatsu (deep pressure back-walking), myofascial release, pin & stretch, manual lymph drainage, trigger point therapy. I also offer services for elderly/hospice and pre-natal massage.
